To ensure consistent quality at fairly reasonable rates quality check at all the stages of manufacturing is of prime importance. Hence, Madhuri Engineering Works has an independent quality control section to check the incoming raw materials as well as finished goods to maintain higher standards of quality and reliability.


Incoming Material:

Raw Materials Like Resin, Mineral Fillers & Brass Inserts are checked qualitatively in inhouse Lab for various type tests. Such as Viscosity, Acid Value, Reactivity, Moisture content, Oil Absorption, Weight of Inserts, Threads & other dimensional parameters etc.


Molding Section:

During molding utmost precaution is taken to ensure the quality & defect free products are obtained. Special types of jigs , Fixtures & tools have been developed to carried out the testing and to ascertain the quality and strength of the end products.


Finished Goods/DMC/SMC:

All Finished Products are passed through vigorous testing before being packed & dispatched . Molding Compounds are tested for Flow property, Shelf Life, Electrical Strength to ensure better quality of Molded Products.
